With over 20 years of experience, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches—including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I tailor my work to your unique needs, helping you move toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and growth.

My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I prioritize building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship where we can explore your challenges and uncover your strengths. A core foundation of my practice is providing a space free of judgment. My warmth and authenticity allow clients to feel safe and supported, which makes it easier to share openly about struggles that may feel too heavy to carry alone.
Because I approach each client without bias, I am able to reflect back alternative perspectives and offer new ways of viewing difficulties. This shift in perspective often opens the door to coping more effectively and developing new strategies for healing. Therapy is a process, and as we continue our work together, my goal is to help you build strength, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-acceptance.

I graduated from Yeshiva University, Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I have over 20 years of experience working in various mental health facilities, including hospitals, community health clinics, and private practice. I have extensive experience with trauma, depression, anxiety, and relational conflict, as well as parental support, with a focus on families of autistic children.
